Eva Alford is the corporate tax accountant for Wamhoff Accounting Services. Eva has over 30 years experience in preparing sales & use, income, franchise, and payroll tax returns for many different states. Eva also maintains the books and payroll for monthly and quarterly accounts as well as preparing the not-for-profit tax returns.
Eva received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She also is an Enrolled Agent, a US certification which allows tax professionals to represent clients in dealings with the IRS. And in order to stay on top of the ever changing tax regulations, Eva takes continuing education classes on a regular basis and tries to keep the clients updated regarding the tax law changes. Eva’s goal is to provide accurate financial statements and tax returns in a timely manner. Away from work, Eva volunteers for Girl Scouts and her church. In her spare time, Eva likes to read, work logic puzzles, and travel to new places.

Sue Brodniak joined the Wamhoff team in September of 2010 as a part time employee, working 3 days a week in the Accounting Department. She has spent several years as a Realtor in the St. Louis area and has found her real estate experience to be a great complement to her work in accounting.
Away from the office, Susan enjoys music, photography, computer gaming, and supporting her son’s music career.

Jan Hart joined the team at Wamhoff Financial Planning and Accounting in January 2005. She is a part-time employee and can be found on the accounting side of the office three days a week. Jan has a B.S. degree in Medical Technology from Missouri State University (formerly Southwest Missouri State University). She spent many years working in hospital laboratories. Working in accounting was a change for her, however, both workplaces are very detail-oriented and she feels just as comfortable in the office setting as she did in a clinical laboratory.
Jan’s hobbies include rubber stamping, cooking, and Sudoku puzzles. She enjoys spending time with her family and seeing her grandchildren as much as possible.

Martha Hoerchler joined the Wamhoff team in April 2009. She especially enjoys interacting with the clientele as she greets clients, visitors and takes incoming calls. In addition to her duties covering the Front Desk, she also assists the Accounting and Financial Planning teams with special projects and events.Martha sits on the board of ‘Just Because We Care’ as well as being very involved in the fund raisers to help support the foundation. Her trip to Honduras in January, 2009 to help build a home and an addition to the grade school, she feels was on of the best things she has every experienced in her life and hopes to make return trips. The children and families will always hold a very special place in her heart.

Paula Jones joined Wamhoff in August of 2011 as a payroll analyst. She has over 20 years experience in accounting. She is thoroughly pleased to be the newest member of the Wamhoff team.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys watching the Cardinals, reading, going on cruises and spending time with her grandchildren.

Lorene Horton began working for Wamhoff Financial Planning and Accounting in October of 2002 and enjoys keeping her clients organized, informed, and happy. Lorene enjoys her relationship with her clients- giving each of them personal attention.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. She is extremely active with their activities and always looks forward to visits with her grown children who are away from home.

Diane Lemen came to work in the accounting department in September 1995. She currently handles both monthly and quarterly accounts taking care of all their payroll and bookkeeping needs. The part she enjoys most about her job is the interaction with her clients. Since she has such a variety of accounts to work on it always keeps things interesting.
When she is not busy at work, her other interest are her son’s music career, taking care of her cats and gardening.

Susan Taylor started working for Wamhoff in April 2007 as a Tax Accountant. She has been preparing individual tax returns since 1997. She comes from a strong diverse background in Accounting, Business Administration, Medical Technology and Information Technology, of which she has gained an extensive understanding in client-relations, team cohesion and business planning. She believes in maintaining a strong proactive approach when working with clients and their trusting her with their proprietary information.
On a more personal note, she has five grown children and two grandsons that she truly adores. After work she enjoys reading, watching movies and spending quality time with her family.
